GRAND REINA showed good early speed, drew away on the lower turn, held on well, but was not good enough. EBONY GIRL, far back early, worked her way up between horses and finished gamely. UNCLE MITCH forced the early running under slight restraint, wore down VONNIE in the stretch and, drawing away inside the final sixteenth, easily held the field safe. FREEZE, well placed in the early running, was in close quarters on the lower turn, finished gamely in the stretch and was going well at the end. MARBLE GIRL, in close quarters shortly after the start, worked her way up between horses and finished gamely. VONNIE showed good early speed, but tired badly in the last eighth. HALLUCINATOR, well placed in the early running, saved ground entering the stretch and, while closing gamely, did not threaten the wifiner. GET-ABOUT unseated her rider while on the way to the post, ran away into the barn row, was brought back to the gate, broke well, showed early speed, but tired in the closing oiglith. MABEL MILLER forced the early pace, took command on the lower turn, held on gamely in tse stretch but was tiring at the end. SEVEN UP, well placed in the early running, tired in the closing eighth.
