PHILLIPS TAKING REST HOMEWOOD, 111., June 25. Apprentice E. E. Phillips, who injured a foot during the running of a race here several days ago, will rest for the remainder of the Washington -Park meeting and swing back into action at Arlington. He is under engagement to H. C. McConnell.
