STELSING SUSPENDED AND TWO OTHERS BARRED AT AGAWAM AGAWAM, Mass., June 25. Trainer D. Stelsing was today suspended by the Massachusetts Racing Commission, and Charles Morris and J. Paul Bathett were denied the privilege of the Massachusetts tracks. This was a result of a violation of the setts claiming rule and occurred during the last meeting of Agawam, when, on June 1, the mare Legionary was claimed from Mrs. L. H. Nimkoff by Stelsing. Under advice of a ruling of the Massachusetp Racing Commission which involved D. Stelsing, the plater Larrigan, named to start in the first race, was ordered withdrawn.
