THISTLE DOWN PROGRAM BOOK HOMEWOOD, 111., June 25. Charles F. Henry, racing secretary at Thistle Down, who has been serving as placing judge at Washington Park, has been congratulated for the set of conditions he has outlined in the first program book for the coming meeting at the Cleveland track.
