SLOW TRACK FOR OPENING PROGRAM AT LANCASTER LANCASTER, Ohio, June 25. Owing to rain overnight, the initial days racing Of the Lancaster Racing Association summer meeting is likely to be staged over a slow track here tomorrow. A good program has been provided for the occasion, evenly-bal anced fields being carded in all of the eight events. Everything is in readiness for the opening, the stables filling up rapidly. Most of the racing officials were on the scene today. Tom Brown, who will do the starting, is also serving as racing secretary. H. J. Kohl, clerk of the scales, and judge E. W. Stribling, all of whom officiated at Beulah Park, reached here. Thomas Sanford was an arrival and will serve as one of the stewards.
