t BELMONT PARK TURF NOTES I « — 1 Stabley Connell arrived from the West Coast and will ride at this meeting. He is under contract to W. A. Shea. His engagements will be looked after by Benny Beach Cyrus F. "Humpty Dan" Clark arrived from Baltimore and will stay for some time. A. L. Briggs of Detroit was among Friday afternoons visitors. Paul Morris, who trains the horses owned by Mrs. Claude West, was among Friday afternoons visitors. After the showing made by J. E. Wideners Perida in two races here, the filly, according to trainer Pete Coyne, will be reserved for Saratoga and later fall racing.
