RASH PROMISE PASSES AWAY LEXINGTON, Ky., May 19.— Miss Constance S. Regans good mare Rash Promise died at Gallaher Place about seven oclock Thursday night. She was found sick early in the morning. Death was caused from obstruction of the bowels. Rash Promise, chestnut, foaled 1926 by Grey Leg— Poly-cenda, by Peter Pan, was bred by T. J. Regan. She was the dam of five winners, including the good two-year-old filly Imprudent, winner of the Aberdeen Stakes, Mas- iquerader Stakes and five other races this I year.
