FRICK WARNS FRANKHOUSE NEW YORK, N. Y., May 19.— Ford Frick, , president of the National League, has informed Fred Frankhouse, Boston Bees pitcher, that he would be suspended for ten days if he "tampers" again with a ball he is pitching. Umpire Reardon reported Frank-house when the latter attempted to use a "spitter" in a game with Cincinnati Wednesday.
