SIMONE QUARTET CHECKS IN CRETE, 111., May 19.— Gus Simonc, who races his horses under the name of the Rock-home Stable,, in honor of his farm in Kentucky, got here from Latonia with four horses. The modest string is headed by the sprinter Dora May, a nominee for the Crete Handicap, to be run opening day, Thursday. The others are Busy Lutrecia, Flighty Marie and Tony Weaver.
