SEMI-PRO MEET AT PEORIA PEORIA, 111., May 24.— William C. Niesen, semipro baseball commissioner in the state of Illinois, announced Tuesday that the fourth annual Illinois semipro baseball championship will be held in this city July 16 to 24. The champions of. the tournament will participate in the national tournament, to be held at Wichita, Kan., August 11 to 23.
