FILM COMPANY SUED " HOLLYWOOD, Calif., May 24.— Nicky Arnstein, former husband of Fannie Brice, the comedienne, asks 00,000 from the 20th Century-Fox film company in a suit filed today. Arnstein alleges the companys film, "Rose of Washington Square," injures bis character. He named as defendants, Darryl Zanuck, the studios production chief; Joseph Schenck, president; Tyrone Power, the actor; Nunnally Johnson, the writer, and others. Arnstein said that he had twice been convicted of crimes in his career, but of late years had led an "exemplary, honorable and righteous life," and has remarried and established a home. The film, he claimed, revived his past in the public mind in such a manner that he can no longer live a quiet and secluded life.
