KEEP COAST TRACKS OPEN LOS ANGELES, Cal., May 24.— Hollywood Park and Santa Anita today announced the signing of an agreement to keep both tracks open throughout the summer and winter racing seasons so that horses may be stabled at both tracks and participate in the sport at all times. A vanning service will be maintained by the tracks in partnership so that horses entered at the track where racing is in progress may be transported from and back to the idle track free of charge to horsemen. The agreement will do away with crowding of the stable areas at both tracks and will permit stockholders in the -tracks, who own horses, to stable and train them at the tracks the year round.
