BUNDESEN RESUMES DUTIES Dr. Herman N. Bundesen resumed his duties as president of the Chicago Board of Health Tuesday. Dr. Bundesen asked for a leave of absence from his position after he was indicted by a federal grand jury investigating alleged milk conspiracy. During his j absence Dr. Robert A. Black acted as health chief.
