U. S.-NICARAGUAN AGREEMENT WASHINGTON, D. C, May 24.— President Roosevelt and President Anastasio Somozo of Nicaragua have affixed their signatures to an agreement whereby credit of ,500 000 is to be extended to the Central American republic. Most of that sum will be used in improving transportation facilities in Nicaragua and in the development of various other projects to boost production in the republic.
