I. C. GETS LOAN EXTENSION WASHINGTON, D. C, May 24.— The 5,-170,000 Reconstruction Finance Corporation loans of the Illinois Central Railroad, which are to mature on May 31 and June 1, have been extended upon approval of the Interstate Commerce Commission. The commission held that the carrier is not in need of financial reorganization in the public interest
