Va., May 2.— Upon receipt of the report from the chemist employed by the West Virginia Racing Commission, that the sample of urine taken from the horse Sunset Boy, winner of the first race, April 23, 1949, showed a positive reaction, in a ruling today the stewards announced trainer Elsie S. Morris and the horse Sunset Boy are suspended six months from April 30, 1949. "The case is referred to the West Virginia Racing Commission. "The redistribution of the purse is ordered as follows: first money. White Rocket; second money, Famas Time; third money, Anns Moose, and fourth money, I. M. Berke." They further ruled: "Upon receipt of the report from the chemist employed by the West Virginia Racing Commission, that the sample of urine taken from the horse Running Riot, which finished second in the seventh race, April 23, 1949, showed a positive reaction, trainer G. W. Canard and the horse Running Riot are suspended six months from April 30, 1949. "The case is referred to the West Virginia Racing Commission.
