KTBA Holds Annal Pre-Derby Meeting Tonight in Louisville CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 2. — The Kentucky Thoroughbred Breeders Association will hold its annual pre-Kentucky Derby meeting at the Brown Hotel roof garden tomorrow evening. Trainers of Kentucky Derby candidates and visiting members of the press are to be the special guests of the turfmens organization, according to announcement by president Roscoe Goose. Lincoln G. Plaut, director of field operations for Daily Racing Form and its associate publications, will serve as toast-master at the affair and a record turnout is expected for the dinner and meeting.
