Potter Subs for Milton GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 2. — The stewards of the meeting, Earl Potter, William M. Shrewbridge and Edwin J. Brown, the latter representing the New Jersey Racing Commission, passed upon license applications from trainers and riders during the morning. Potter will officiate in the place of James F. Milton, who is a patient at a Baltimore Hospital.
