E. G. Mahoney to Race Nine Head at Beulah Meeting COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 2. — One of the most formidable stables on the grounds at Beulah Park awaiting the start of the 20-day spring meeting Saturday, May 7, is that of E. C. "Red" Mahoney. He shipped to Grove City from Hot Springs, Ark., following a successful campaign at Oaklawn Park. Mahoneys stable includes four horses owned by himself, three by Dave Ferguson and one each by Roy Anthony and Carl Peterson. The Mahoney colorbearers are John Sabo, Miss OHogan, Little Wasp and All or Nothing. Miss OHogan is a recent addition to the stable, having been claimed at Oak-lawn for ,000. Ferguson, Detroit sportsman, owns All or Nothing, „Bob Murphy and Ariel Ace. Bob Murphy, is of course, named after the Detroit sports editor. Anthony owns Ight-ham Mote and Petersons lone campaigner is Delia Dale.
