Spinale Resumes Riding SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 28. — Jockey Joe Spinale who was kicked while unsaddling Plucky Willie last Saturday; resumed riding today. Spinale is tied for the lead among the journeymen riders with Jimmy DeWitt, each having 13 winners. Gus Catalano with 12 and ! ! Billie" Fisk with 11, are right in the running, too, for the 00 defense bond which goes to the jockey riding the most winners.
