Louis Relaxes With Fishpole, While Savold Keeps Sparring POMPTON LAKES, N. J., May 28 UP. — There was a fish dinner at Joe Louis training camp today as the Brown Bomber took a day off from workouts for his June 13 bout against Lee Savold in the Polo Grounds and caught seven good - sized pickerel. Louis, who boxed four rounds Sunday in his first workout, said he planned to box a minimum of four rounds daily, except Mondays and Thursdays, against spar mates Jack Flood, Gil Newkirk and Johnny White. . Meanwhile over at South Fallsburg, N. Y.f Savold boxed a total of five rounds against two sparring partners today in preparation for his meeting with Louis. Savold went three rounds against heavy weight Al Adams and two against middleweight Jimmy Flood. The New Jersey heavyweight bloodied Adams nose early in the workout.
