Committee Meets With Solons NEW YORK, N. Y., May 28.— The joint legislative committee, which was created to study horse racing in all its phases in New York State, will hold its initial meeting tomorrow at the offices of the State Racing Commission, 745 Fifth Avenue, New York City. It will be a private executive session at which the legislators will sit in with the three members of the commission, chairman Ashley T. Cole, William C. Langley and Leon A. Swirbul. The legislative body is composed of Senate Majority Leader Arthur H. Wicks, chairman; Assemblyman Elmer J. Kellam, vice-chairman; Senator Harry Gittleson, secretary; Senators George T. Manning and Henry Neddo and Assemblymen William J. Reed and J. Sidney Levine. The solons are expected to visit Belmont Park after the meeting.
