Tiger Jack Fox Seriously III SPOKANE, Wash., June 7 UP.— Tiger Jack Fox, once tabbed by Joe Louis as*"the most dangerous man in the ring," remained in serious condition today from a stroke that has deprived him of his powers of speech. Dr. William Anderson said Fox was "only slightly improved" since yesterday. The colored, one-time contender for the light heavyweight boxing crown was able to eat and was described as "quite alert." Hospital attendants said Fox could understand, but was in a relatively helpless condition. - * * *.
