Zakoor Buys Walkers Contract DETROIT, Mich., June 7.— William Zakoor, Detroit turfman, today purchased the contract on apprentice jockey George Walker from Cecil Locklear, trainer for the Buckley and Locklear Stable. Young Walker is presently the leading apprentice reinsman at the current Detroit track meeting.
