Cunningham at Detroit Track DETROIT, Mich., June 7.— Andy Cunningham, former public address announcer at the Detroit Fair Grounds and River Downs, who is now on duty for the Grand Circuit harness meeting at Fort Miami, near Toledo, visited the local course today. Cunningham, who also served as a placing judge at Cranwood and Ascot Park during the 1950 season, was accompanied to the Motor City by associate judge Robert Titus, of Fort Miami, and that tracks veterinarian, Dr. Willard Strawn.
