Always Something New DETROIT, Mich., June 7.— Unique and heart-rending appeals ioj. passes and other signs of special privilege are nothing new to Edgar Carlton "Doc" Greene, of the Michigan Racing Association. But the other day, he was forced to bow gracefully and concede defeat to the gentleman who asked him for a second windshield sticker which would entitle him to a parking space at the track. The first, he explained, was all set to be applied to the windshield when it slipped and disappeared into the defroster vent. "That must have happened," Doc conceded. "You couldnt have made it up.?
