Novack, who serves as postal clerk at the Michigan Racing Association course, was a proud man as he greeted friends in the racing secretarys office this morning. No- vaks son, Richard Lee, graduated Cum Laude from the University of St. Louis after eight years study in medicine. Young Novack, a combat veteran of World War II., is to serve his internship in Detroits Receiving Hospital.
