■ I ] * c . c 1 c r ; I I Hannibal Works Mile DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June ■ 10. — Bayard Sharps Hannibal, early pacemaker in the Kentucky Derby, and subsequently a disappointment in the Withers, continued to train well over this track ■ for his return to competition, probably in Saturdays Kent Stakes. The three-year-old son of Roman was timed a mile in 1 :39, handily, this morning in what was the best trial of the morning at the distance. Another Kent possibility, Herb C. Boorses G. R. Petersen, also was sent eight furlongs, being timed in 1:39%.
