Caffarella Takes Day Off PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md.. May 14 — Jockey Mike Caffarella, who fell with Harvey W. Shaffers Avacado shortly after the start of the six-furlong seventh event Wednesday, canceled his engagements for today. While not seriously injured, Caffarella reported he felt sore and decided to take the day off.
