Dever Signs Forrest Pact CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky.. May 14. — Henry Forrest, who will ship a division of his stable to the Detroit Race Course after the close here Sturday. purchased the apprentice papers today on the youthful reinsman, Robert Dever, from Joe D. Puckett. Dever, 18 years old. is a native of Louisville and began his riding career late in 1952. The youngster can scale 104 pounds.
