Horses Must Be on Grounds SPORTSMANS PARK, Cicero, 111., May 14. — Jack Klucana, who serves as racmg secretary at Fairmount Park, has notified horsemen having stall reservations at the Collinsville course that if their horses are not on the grounds by opening day their stable accommodations will be canceled.
