Mervyn LeRoy Happy CULVER CITY, Calif.. May 14.— Mervyn LeRoy, president of Hollywood Park, said, upon hearing of the settlement, "I want all horsemen, horse owners, our stockholders and the board of directors on both sides to know how happy I am that this matter has been settled. I always wanted to help the horsemen, as does Hollywood Park. I am sure now we can have peace and happiness and racing that will be a credit to everybody. They are off and running!"
