Stewards Rulings J WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, iJQ Va., May 14. — The following ruling was issued by the stewards here yesterday: "For crowding the field coming out of the gate for the eighth race, this date, Jockey G. P. Ryan, astride the horse, Gay Purchase, is fined 5.00. CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville. Ky., May 14. — The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Charles Henderson, groom, colored, T. R. P. B. No. 65008, is hereby ruled off for possession and use of marihuana on promises of Churchill Downs." PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 14. — The steward today suspended jockey Oliver Cutshaw 10 days for allowing Penocc to come in after the start of Wednesdays seventh race, thereby causing crowding. That was the race in which Avacado fell while being taken out of close quarters by Mike Caf-farella. Cutshaws suspension starts on Friday, May 15, and runs through Tuesday, May 26.
