Delaware HBPA Meeting DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 19. — Directors of the. Maryland-Delaware-West Virginia division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association will meet on Tuesday, June 23 at the Hotel DuPont at 6:15 p. m., Bruce S. Campbell, vice-president, announced here today. Among other matters, the directors will hear a report of the permanent purse committee on its negotiations with the Maryland mile tracks for the 1953 fall season.
