Pollyanna, Stars-Stripes And Wright Close Today ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, 111., June 19. — R a c i n g secretary Frank E. "Jimmy" Kilroe reminded horsemen that nominations for Arlington Parks Pollyanna Stakes, Warren Wright Memorial and the Stars and Stripes Handicap will close at midnight Saturday. The three events highlight the second week of Arlingtons 1953 summer season which opens a 3G-day stand Monday. The 5,000 Pollyanna is for two-year-old fillies to be contested at five and a half furlongs and is carded for Friday, July 3. The Fourth of July doubleheader presents tne 5,000 Warren Wright Memorial for three-year-olds at seven furlongs, and the 5,000 Stars and Stripes Handicap, traditional grass headliner on July 4, for three-year-olds and upward.
