Honor W. C. Lantz for Service WILMINGTON, Del., May 10. William C. Lantz, attached to Delaware Parks executive offices, has been honored as a member of the crew of the TJ. S. S. Frost, which sank five German submarines in the Atlantic during the period of March 24, 1944, to May 8, 1945, in World War n. Lantz was notified by the Bureau of Naval Personnel in Washington that the Presidential Unit Citation has been awarded to the TJ. S. S. Frost.
