Gulfstream Builds New Pavilion HALLANDALE, Fla., May 29. — Gulf-stream Park has completely demolished the old bleacher-type stand for its colored patrons, and a new concrete and steel stand will get under way immediately. The new pavilion will accommodate upwards of 600, with a box area for another 150. A mutuels department, concessions and toilet facilities will make it complete in every detail.
