JUST A FOOT saved ground while under light restraint to the stretch, was sent to the outside for the drive and, responding readily to urging, disposed of the leaders to win going away. WAR DOLLAR took an early lead, made the pace until inside the stretch, but could not hold the winner. SIDS BIRTHDAY began fast and raced forwardly placed throughout in a good effort. UNCLE DREW lacked early speed, moved up fast approaching the stretch, but failed to rally when set down in the drive. BON DURANT stumbled at the break and was unable to reach serious contention. ALLAH-VHY could not keep up after displaying early speed. WHITE BLAZE was through early. INEZMUCH was never prominent. VYR moved up boldly entering the stretch, responded to vigorous urging and wore down ELS FOLLY in the last strides. The latter settled in the stretch with a short advantage, held on determinedly under punishment, but could not withstand the top one; FRABOTTA began fast, dropped far back immediately after the start, then came again when set down through the stretch but could iiot reach the leaders. MOLLY HAWK, forced wide at the stretch turn by STREET SCENE, could not better her position when finally straightened up in the drive. CHIMAPHILA was never prominent and had nomishap. STREET SCENE went to the front early, bore out badly while making the pace to the stretch, then attempted to bolt to the outside and was eased. Scratched— 18246 Su-Jay, 114; 13791 Darrol Beau, 116. ISIT CASH had early speed, then failed to respond when set down through the stretch. POSSESS tired after racing well to the final furlong. LIKE HOVER raced wide. SUN CROWN was never prominent and drifted out through the stretch. FIRST STAR showed nothing. VICKI DIANA was through early.
