Stewards Rulings 1 FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., June 4. The stewards here issued the following ruling dated June 3, 1954; ! "The board of stewards at Fairmount Park race track, after receiving additional information relative to jockey Eddie E. Plesa, hereby withdraw their recommendation that he be issued a jockeys license in the state of Illinois for 1954 and hereby further recommend to the Illinois Racing: Board that a jockeys license not be issued to him for the year 1954."
