Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form LINCOLN, Nebr., June 4. The Nebraska State Racing Commission today issued the following rulings: May 1 "Upon application made by owner-trainer Elmer Rorick for reinstatement, his case was reviewed; and it is the order of this commission that owner-trainer Elmer Rorick and all horses owned and trained by him shall be reinstated and become in good standing in the state of Nebraska on June 1, 1954. May 1 "The application for reinstatement as a jockey made by Calvin Santage is on this day approved. Upon application, jockey Calvin Santage may be granted a license. May 1 "The written appeal for reinstatement made by jockey Allen Shelton is denied. May 28 "The application for reinstatement made by owner Orville Turner and trainer Fred Turner was considered and reinstatement denied. May 28 -"Due to an existing ruling in Illinois and Arkansas and for training horses on the grounds of Ak-Sar-Ben race track without a license, trainer Herman Jack Taylor is ordered off the grounds and denied further access to and the privileges of any grounds coming under the jurisdiction of this commission. It is further ordered that the horses, Rebel Raider and So Reply, which were being trained by Herman Jack Taylor, are suspended pending investigation of true .ownership."
