MOON TRUMP raced closest to the pace of TRULY FAIR II. while the latter was making the pace and, moving up steadily on the inside of him during the stretch run, got to the front an eighth out to draw away gradually in the last sixteenth. TRULY FAIR II. got through an opening soon after the start to dash to the front and held on fairly well in the going. C0RINNE T. held third place safe all the way. BE SWAYED was in the deep going on the inside in the early running, but raced fairly well through the stretch. ASHES had some early speed. ROAMING OSCAR went to the front at once, and going well through the stretch, withstood a mild challenge from SEDGEGOOD an eighth out and drew away again near the finish. POLTROON was outrun to the last furlong, then came with good courage to be up to take second place in the closing strides. SEDGEGOOD moved up after rounding the stretch turn, then came to the inside to loom briefly but tired in the final drive. BASHFUL SUN finished fairly well. CHANCE ALARM was outrun early and seemed to have but little chance rounding the stretch turn, but came fast between horses in the last eighth to be up to catch CHAMPIONS BOY in the last stride. The latter came to the inside of MARK KLAINE when the latter bore out in the stretch and took a fairly good advantage thirty yards out and just failed to last. MARK KLAINE easily passed BABY TUCKY nearing the stretch turn to draw out entering the stretch, then tired and bore out rather badly in the last sixteenth. BABY TUCKY went well for three-eighths, then began to weaken. BALAS GEM had some early speed, but quit badly and fell after crossing the finish line. FOURTH RACE 5 FURLONGS. TEN LIES had speed from the start and, shaking off A TOUTE FORCE after entering the stretch, drew out in the last sixteenth and was not being menaced by SIXTY TWO at the end. The latter improved his position under urging in the stretch and finished gamely. ARMED TRUCE was badly outpaced earjy, but finished full of run. A TOUTE FORCE displayed a good turn of early speed, but was used up keeping pace with TEN LIES in the first part BEAUTIFUL LADY was in close quarters around the far turn and was required to ease. WHYLAW was badly outrun. COUNT DOMINGO raced fairly well up for about a quarter, then dropped back gradually. SELABULL took command over BIDANDMADE after leaving the backstretch and, coming wide on the stretch turn, drew out as she pleased in the run home to win easily. BIDANDMADE soon got to the front and responded fairly well in the stretch drive to hold SORORITY, but was no match for the winner. SORORITY moved steadily through the stretch and finished far in front of the others. SATISFIED tired badly after going half the distance. MENTHAPPY was in close quarters right after the start. BRACERO, well up from the start, came to the outside of the early leaders on the stretch turn and, although having some difficulty, headed FLEET DREAM, got to the front near the end to win under hard urging. The latter raced about even with BE-LOYAL to the stretch, then took a short advantage and went gamely to the end. BE-LOYAL showed good early speed and saved ground in the stretch. MIRTHFUL set the early pace and was headed by LADOLEE nearing the stretch turn, but continued steadily on the inside and again got to the front in the last sixteenth to win going away. LADOLEE moved gradually to take command, but tired and bore out in the last sixteenth. EMERALD was slow to get in stride and was badly outrun early, but finished fairly well next to the rail. QUEEN APACHE saved ground in the stretch to finish well. PRINCE ADARIS had fair speed to the stretch, then weakened COLORADO FOX was never a serious contender. OAK RIVER tired badly.
