As Slow Down Indians, 5-1 CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 24 UP.— Rookie Arnold Portocarrero held the league-leading Indians to five singles here today and the Philadelphia Athletics grabbed the rubber game of their series, 5-1, for their ninth victory in 12 games. The Athletics scored four runs off Art Houtteman in the third inning to nail down the game, a rally featured by Lou Limmers fourth home run of the season. . Joe De Maestri singled, Wilmer Shantz tripled, Spook Jacobs singled, and Limmer homered in the uprising.
