Watch Progress of Parkway MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 24.— Monmouth Park patrons, in addition to watching the horses, are watching announcements from the State Roads Commission on progress of the Garden State Parkway. By July ,15, the parkway will enter Essex County " when a twormile section will be opened to Mill Road and Nye Avenue in Irvington, while a week later it is expected that a 12-mile artery* from Route 34 will be opened to Newman Springs Road outside Red Bank. The Rari-tan River bridge also will be completed early in. July. All this will offer patrons additional ways and means of reaching the track and avoiding congestion on present routes.
