The latter was slow to gain best stride and then closed the fastest of all while on the outside of horses. BAD MARGIE lacked a sufficient rally. ULNA loomed a factor entering the stretch and then hung. SCANDIA raced evenly. HIGH VIEW DON topped badly. LILO was never a factor. MISS CLIPPER broke with the pack, the ground broke from under her and she stumbled and lost her rider. , - ... Scratched 14717. GO JEEP GO gained the lead soon after the start, was roused sharply through the stretch and held sway over HEROIC SONG and BEACH ADMIRAL. The latter was slow to gain best stride and then closed gamely while betwen horses to finish on equal terms with HEROIC SONG. The latter turned in a strong effort to dead-heat for second choice. MRS. LOVE hung in late stretch.. POSTURE closed willingly. SANDRA RAE improved her position in the later stages. YELLOWSTONE tired. BUBS LOVE was through early. MINUET raced in the first flight from the beginning, and was along to finish on even terms with BONRILLA.
