Rock Pilot Is Returned To ThistleDown Track THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 28. Trainer C. A. "Stumpy" Cran-f prd checked in today from Arlington Park with the two-year-old Rock Pilot. Under the silks of the B and H Stable, an Illinois stable,-Rock Pilot has won two of four starts, and recently set a new track record for four and one-half furlongs at Fair-mount Park. In the 5,000 Primer Stakes at Arlington on opening day, Rock Pilot set or pressed the pace until the final .furlong and was only beaten off by about four lengths. Jockey Gale Hatcher accompanied Cranford to ThistleDown and will ride Rock Pilot in the juveniles engagement in the ,500 Ohio Endurance Stakes on Saturday.
