Irving Black Dies at 51 MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J. June 21. Funeral services were held this morning in New York City for Irving Black, 51, who died Sunday in Fitkin Hospital, Neptune, N. J., after an extended illness. Black, who was a retired manufacturer of costume jewelry, raced a pair of horses, Suspenders and Iwishimay under the charge of Lenny Hunt, around here last year. Black is survived by his widow, Rose. Interment ,jyas in Bethel Cemetery, Fort Lee, N. J
