E. K. Carey-Stable Leading Money Winner at Omaha AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 20. E. K. Carey, Denver, Colo., hoiseman, and his trainer, E. H. Beezley, have taken over the lead in the race for top mmey-winning stables at the cmrent Ak-Sar-Ben meeting, which ends Monday, July 4. Carey, who has won two rich purses since buying English Lad, winner of Saturdays J. E. Davidson Memorial Handicap, from L. W. Kidd, now has collected a total of 5,955 in purse money since this meeting began on May 19. Olen Sledge, of Duncan, Okla., is second with 2,880, while the large string maintained by W. D. Rorick and L. O. Lane, from Johnson, Kan., is third with 1,-462.50. J. K. Houssels, of Las Vegas, Nev., is fourth with 1,420. F. O. Akin, Corning, Iowa, is fifth with 0,985, while Carl Craig, Texhoma, Tex., is sixth with 0,742. Others among the top 10 are Ed Luther, Wisner, Nebr., ,255; Larry Kidd, Pleas-anton, Calif., ,130; J. P. Neal, El Reno, Okla., ,995, and Mort Whitebook, Persia, Iowa, ,190.
