Advance License Measure SPRINGFIELD, 111., June 21. The House advanced to third reading Bills 652 and 653, applying to Wh running and harness tracks- and which reads that "no license can be granted to any licensee who at the time of applying for a license does not have a finished race track, suitable for horse racing and for the public." The measure next will come up for a vote in the House.
