SANFOIN gradually improved position and finished well to be clearly best of the others. RADICAL raced to the front in hand, but tired after seven furlongs. SHINING ON was not a threat. DOVER DAM went to the front when ready between calls after the half mile, offered no resistance to the winner, but lasted to best GANYMEDE II. The latter, unhurried while well back, circled horses on the final turn, then hung. PINOSTRES was not a serious factor. SEARSIE lacked a final rally. TURKS CAP had speed for a half mile.
