Stewards Rulings DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 21. The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jocek Frank A.. Smith is suspended for ten days effective Tuesday, June 21, to Thursday, June 30th, inclusive, for crossing: the field too sharply with Razzberry going into the first turn in the eighth race on June 18th. "Jockey Gayle L. Smith is suspended for ten days effective Thursday, June 23, to Saturday, July 2d, inclusive, for carelessly allowing his mount to go in at the three-eighths pole in the fifth race on Monday, June 20, interfering with Pampas Beauty. His mount, Dr. Ben R., was disqualified from first position;" THISTLEDOWN, North Randal, Ohio, June 21. The .stewards here issued the following ruling today: "Upon notification by the Ohio State Racing Commission that Mrs. E. G. Hoffman, owner and trainer of Holis Choice, had been found guilty of violation of rule 256, Ohio rules of racing, the purse of the first race, Saturday, May 28, is hereby ordered re-distributed. "First money is awarded to Judge M. owner J. L. McKnight; second money to Ballyneety, owner P. H. Fierro; third money to Short Cable, owner A. Wellman, and fourth money to Okeechobee, owner A. L. Birch. "Race wagering is in no way affected."
